Safety & suitability

Every tattoo starts with a patch test if it's your child's first time with us, and we're happy to chat through any skin sensitivities before the event. Our inks are compliant and dermatologically tested, so parents can relax while the kids queue up for their dragon tattoo. Designs are usually quick to apply (depending on size & design) and last anywhere from three to seven days depending on skin type and how often it meets soap and water. We'd recommend Kids Ink for ages three and up. Little ones under three have more sensitive skin, so we tend to steer them toward face paint instead, if that's on offer.

What to expect on the day

Our artist arrives ahead of the party with everything needed already in the kit, no set-up chaos, no mess left behind. Kids pick a design from the book (or bring their own idea if they're feeling ambitious), sit still for a few minutes, and walk away looking like they just stepped out of a comic book. We work fast enough to keep a queue moving at a busy party without anyone feeling rushed. Most events run for one to two hours, and by the end, every kid, and more than a few parents, will have a new tattoo to show off.
